Return Process

  Carefully pack the device in its original box and include all cables, chargers, and documentation to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Item

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the hardware, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
